Overall, I had a good stay. The Airbnb was clean, cute, and thoughtfully stocked with amenities like coffee, shampoo, and conditioner. The bed was comfortable, and I really appreciated having air conditioning. Good location to walk to coffee shops and restaurants, and I found parking easily. I went to Jade Rabbit for dinner one night gluten free and vegan dim sum which was delicious, and to the Nicholas restaurant another night for Mediterranean food which was also delicious. The only downside was the noise from the upstairs unit. On my first night, there was what sounded like multiple people running back and forth for about an hour around midnight. It was loud enough to wake me up even though I had a sound machine on and was wearing earplugs. Luckily they weren't there my second night and I got a good nights sleep.

This space is in a very walkable location close to many excellent spots- coffee, food, stores, dog park, pet store, etc. We didn’t move our car the entire trip- it was wonderful! It IS noisy. This was fine for my husband and myself, just noting this if someone has a reactive/sensitive dog or truly needs quiet to sleep. The kitchen is well-stocked. Parking was simple; we found a spot right out front. Directions and codes are via third party app. Welcome message is AI and not proofed / is unclear. Laundry is indicated as available, however it’s shared between all units and in a basement with an exterior entrance. the door code did not work the entirety of our stay. Kimberly messaged us with the correct code five hours after our check out, which was a bummer. Overall, a super cute space in a more than ideal location with a couple quirks and oversights- all easily fixed.

We really enjoyed our stay. Kimberly’s communication was great and the place was very clean and as described. Neighborhood is super convenient for exploring Portland, and walkable to lots of things!
