The gray sofa is seating only. 🍳 Full kitchen with dishwasher & cookware 💻 Dedicated workspace with fast WiFi 🧺 In-unit washer & dryer ❄️ Central AC & heating year-round 🏟️ Steps from PSU, Providence Park & downtown. Paid street parking and paid lots nearby; no driveway parking.

Place was nice. The parking situation is sometimes a hassle because of the soccer games down the street but it was a very nice stay. worth the price.

Our stay at Kimberly from Stay Portland was great! The location is really central with several restaurants and bars nearby. You can also catch the tram close by all the way to the airport The condo was clean and had a nice TV and comfortable beds. The only cons are the thermostat is upstairs in the main house, so you have no control over how hot or cold it is. If you tend to run hot or cold, that may be a problem. Number two, it’s pretty noisy from the upstairs tenants and you’ll hear all their footsteps and they get up super early. It doesn’t continue all day and you’ll be out exploring Portland anyway, right? However, If you’re sensitive to sound or a light sleeper, you might consider before booking. And lastly, there’s no dedicated parking even though we never saw anybody in the main parking spot, we were asked not to park there. Street parking is where you park & it’s generally only for 90 minutes. We didn’t have a car, but we had friends with cars. Overall, I would recommend!

Location, Location, Location The location is great. Located in Goose Hollow district. There is a pub and coffee house on the same block - both are highly recommended, the food is delish!! And a TriMet MAX station across from the pub - use it to get downtown and other areas. We used it to visit Washington Park, too, then used the parks free shuttle to get around. The neighborhood is quiet, too. Photo is the corner where the pub and cafe are located, the MAX is across the street. The apartment is located on the same block. Parking is not included. We found a garage a few blocks away. We only took the car out once while there so garage fees add up.
