Great place to stay when going to a Timbers game. We didn’t spend much time in the room but it was comfortable. Parking was not fun and had a little issue with the door code but Kim responded quickly and get me in which was appreciated. Temp of the room was ok. Kind of wish there were fans at least since we can’t control the temp at all but it was all good for a night.

This place was super close to the test rose garden and pittock mansion. Which was the whole reason we were in Portland

Kimberly was very quick to respond however upon arrival there was a few let downs with the place. - no available parking which we were unaware of - flies EVERYWHERE- dead and alive flying around our heads - furniture was completely different from what we saw in the photos - nothing really super cozy about it. It was all concrete, all furniture was metal - WiFi was basically non-existent

We had a very spontaneous trip planned to Portland and Kim’s place was the most affordable! It was right by the max line which was nice since we had a toddler and stroller. The place was very clean and there were water bottles and cookies waiting for us! Kim was able to accommodate us with an early check in just incase our toddler needed to nap. The unit was cold due to it being a basement and concrete floor but there were heaters around the unit that we were able to turn on. The only downside was that there were lots of flies hanging by the front door. My husband was able to wrangle them outside but a few stayed inside. It’s still warm so I know flies are a hassle. Besides that it was great for one night! Highly recommend! Kim was very responsive and easy to communicate!
