The location was perfect! We were able to walk 15 min to Washington park and spend the day there. We were a 5 min ride to downtown and pearl district, we even caught a soccer game! There are a few coffee shops and coffee within 2-5 min walking. The tram is literally a minute down the street which you can use an app for to determine which trains to go on. We weren’t home most of our trip, as we were out exploring, but the host always responded quickly with any questions we had! I had no problem with parking, and was grateful for the private driveway to park as the street was pretty packed with parked cars.
