Perfect Ladd's Addition Loft - Breweries & Bars

Delanie was a great host and the property was perfect for our family of four and my parents. My parents had a separate space which gave them privacy and the units were both clean and well stocked.

This place is great! There are a number of restaurants within walking distance including great coffee shops, Cartopia and Akadi. It is right at the edge of a beautiful enclave called Ladd's Addition and walking through there every day was relaxing and peaceful. It was within a 15 minute walk to groceries at New Season's market. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen had all the things we needed. Since we were there during some warm days, it was great to have the air conditioning units that were very effective in cooling the rooms down. There was plenty of hot water for showers and good water pressure. Check-in and check out were both really easy and Delanie was very responsive. They answered our messages promptly although there was very little that we needed since the place had everything. It might be important to know that this is actually a duplex with a 2 bedroom unit upstairs and a 1 bedroom unit downstairs. It was easy to make it work for 3 adults traveling together.

Delanie’s space fits 5-6 people very comfortably and is equipped with a lot of essentials you’d need to stay for a few days. She’s also super responsive and is willing to accommodate when she can.

Delanie was responsive and engaging months prior and throughout the trip!! Located perfectly with good restaurants, pretty walks, and fun shops that are all walkable! Home was clean and as described!

We had a good stay here. I found out from other reviews that this was a duplex with two separate entrances so it didn't come as a surprise and worked for our group. Delanie was proactive in communication and all went went.
