Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location of this bnb is really what makes it incredible! Very walkable and easy to navigate. It’s important to note that this bnb is in a very old complex. (Old windows, rotting wood on the exterior, no sound insulation). It has its charm, but it’s rough around the edges. My major concern was that the front door feels very flimsy. We struggled to sleep knowing that it could be easily kicked it. We also had very loud neighbors… they blared music the entire stay - to the extent that we couldn’t watch tv in the living room due to the sound. If you are irritated by loud sound / have worries about security - this is probably not the place for you.

Great location. Walkable to various shops and restaurants. While 23rd Ave had a high degree of traffic, the unit was on the backside and was quiet at night. Having an upstairs unit was a plus as well. Instructions from the host for check-in and check-out were very clear.

Wonderfully remodeled apartment in a historic building! Easy walk to dozens of restaurants & bars on NW 23rd. Hayden is a great host - proactive and communicative. Definitely will book again!

We really enjoyed our stay! What a great location, within minutes of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and more. The nearby bus stop is very convenient, though we chose to walk to many of our destinations. The place is spacious , clean, and as advertised. We enjoyed morning coffees in the apartment each morning before setting out for the day. Fantastic location - I highly recommend this place!
