Really cute apartment in a great area! The space was clean and comfortable with nice touches like extra blankets, coffee pods, and Roku tv. Walking distance to a great coffee shop and other nearby shops. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed for one night and it was an okay experience overall. The apartment was clean, but the carpets and walls were noticeably worn, giving the space a used feel. The listing photos look bright and new, but the space didn’t quite match that in person. Fine for a short one-night stay, but worth knowing the reality doesn’t fully match the pictures.

Simple, clean, safe lodging. Beds were comfortable, location was great. Not a ton of seating to hang out on in the living room, but it was nice to have the outdoor area to relax in.
Sarah
Easy access. Responsive. Clean.

Portland's most eclectic, walkable neighborhoods — Hawthorne, Division, Belmont, and Clinton — with independent shops, food carts, and vibrant dining.

Commonly known as “Foodie Row,” the Hawthorne/Buckman District places you within walking distance of a wide variety of top-notch local flavors—no chain restaurants here! Whether you're a foodie, a nature enthusiast, or someone who loves exploring unique shops, the Hawthorne/Buckmantently voted Portland’s favorite pizza), or opt for an elegant night out at Castagna—all within a 1.5-mile stretch. But Portland isn’t just for foodies. The vibrant indie spirit of Hawthorne is alive with a multitude of made-in-Oregon shops and boutiques, making it a true hipster haven. Catch a movie at Bagdad Theater and Pub, a revamped 1920s theater turned view-and-brew venue serving local McMenamins food and microbrews. If bar hopping through neighborhoods isn’t your idea of recreation, head up to Mt. Tabor. This 196-acre city park, located atop a dormant volcano vent, offers miles of hiking trails and incredible panoramic views of the city, providing a perfect escape into nature right within the city limits. Whether you're a foodie, a nature enthusiast, or someone who loves exploring unique shops, the Hawthorne/Buckman District has something special for everyone.
