This home was perfectly located to do things in Portland as well as head outside the city for other adventures! Place was easy to find and park was plenty on the street. Host was very helpful and proactive. Beds were extremely comfortable and would stay again!

Teyah
Good location between SE Division and SE Hawthorne, roomy, private, nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable. It is up a stairway above a commercial establishment, but there was no noise from it.
Susan
Very clean and very responsive host. Great towels and linens. Comfortable beds. Decorated so well!!

Whether you're a foodie, a nature enthusiast, or someone who loves exploring unique shops, the Hawthorne/Buckmantently voted Portland’s favorite pizza), or opt for an elegant night out at Castagna—all within a 1.5-mile stretch. But Portland isn’t just for foodies. The vibrant indie spirit of Hawthorne is alive with a multitude of made-in-Oregon shops and boutiques, making it a true hipster haven. Catch a movie at Bagdad Theater and Pub, a revamped 1920s theater turned view-and-brew venue serving local McMenamins food and microbrews. If bar hopping through neighborhoods isn’t your idea of recreation, head up to Mt. Tabor.
