Great last minute find, for a one night stay...Lovely older home that has been updated as a rental. Location was great - walkable to a variety of restaurants, and close to the airport. Easy to find, and responisve host. Airconditioning works well! It is clean but not clean - being an older home, could use a deep clean of the baseboards, walls etc but otherwise it was well taken care of. Bed were very cozy.

This is a nice AirBnB in a fantastic location. Chase was responsive but didn’t actually do anything useful to be honest. Just replied with lots of exclamation points yay! We had multiple instances where the neighbor to this unit threatened and berated us for parking in the parking space at the unit and yelling at my baby for crying for a few minutes when we arrived. He screamed at me every single day for locking the car and eventually slashed my tire in the middle of the night. I would not stay here until Chase confronts him and fixes his security camera so this guy (Kevin) won’t mess with future guests.

Felt right at home for our two nights in Portland! The house had everything we needed and Chase was proactive and immediately helped when we had a small maintenance issue. The location is also amazing - so many great walkable options for shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
