Amazing location for a work trip. I could walk down Division easily to get to the office. There is a New Seasons one block away. Tons of restaurants right outside your door. The apartment is private and very safe. First door from the street is secure and then another to get inside the condo. Only down side is I had lots of trouble with the wifi. This has never happened to me before. I couldn't get it to work on my laptop or phone for the duration of my trip. The owner tried to reset the router but for some reason it still didn't work. Otherwise this place is amazing. It also has 3 bedrooms not 2 which it says on the listing. Super clean place with great kitchen and all basic cooking items.

Safe, clean and great location describes this property. I like the private gate entrance that provided a nice layer from the street and the front door with a little sitting area. The location was easy to find and nice community with several restaurants and places in walking distance. Many other places easy to drive to. Street parking was never an issue and free which was a huge plus. For us it was mostly a place to unwind and sleep after long days out. It was perfect for our needs and exactly what we needed. Not an issue for me but there was a some noise from upstairs and in the nearby stairwell as expected in a unit like this but those averse to some noise should be aware. Lastly, Bob was great to communicate with and very responsive which was very much appreciated. I would stay at this property again provided the opportunity.

The home was spotlessly clean, secure, and comfortable. It’s in a great, safe neighborhood with so much to do within walking distance. Bob was a fantastic host—incredibly responsive, helpful, and made the whole process seamless.

Excellent spot! Very clean and had everything we needed for a last minute stay. Host was very responsive and helpful. Walking distance to solid food (especially if you are gluten free).
