Live out your mid-century modern dream in this newly renovated Southeast charmer. Perfectly situated in the heart of Hawthorne, you can walk to the best shows, thrift shops, and restaurants in seconds. My home was thoughtfully renovated with an emphasis on living local: the floors, cabinets, and cabinet pulls were all manufactured here in the Northwest using sustainable practices!
Located in Portland's Hawthorne & Belmont, steps from Powell's Books on Hawthorne, Mt. Tabor Park, Ladd's Addition Rose Gardens.

This was our first time in Portland and Jordan's place was a perfect place for our stay! wonderful location; there was plenty to do within walking distance. The parking spot was a wonderful amenity as well. The only thing that could have improved our stay would have been another coffee maker method: French press or drip machine or something. We are a couple of coffee snobs and don't use a Keurig, lol. But there were so many great coffee shops nearby that we were not without! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Jordan’s place is a perfect location for exploring Hawthorne on foot. The dedicated off-street parking was a huge benefit and the home was as described. There are tons of vintage shops and restaurants within walking distance, and a great grocery store across the street. The house looked just like the pictures and we would happily stay there again.

This is an excellent place in a fantastic location! We really enjoyed walking to coffee and restaurants. It was also super quiet! Jordan was a responsive and gracious host!

really enjoyed our stay here. Jordan was very responsive to my questions and flexible on accommodating our somewhat early arrival. also flexible when we had an urgent care visit on the day of checkout. The location is excellent. a grocery store is just across the street and good dining options are all around. very quiet despite being half a block from Hawthorne.
