Awesome place! Perfect for a short trip to Portland. House was very comfortable for 2 people. Some folks mentioned a loud club nearby, we did wake up to the bass sounds of a club but were prepared with earplugs…it wasn’t too bad and sort of what you’d expect in a neighborhood with alot of restaurants, clubs, etc. Only critique would be that the auto response glitched out on us. They offered us a complimentary late check out because there was a delay in prepping our space, but when we went to claim it, they said we couldn’t have a late checkout on a Sunday. Not terrible. Just some crossed wires, probably due to AI response. Overall a great stay. Would recommend.

Good location and decently clean however the AC was broken and the host was not helpful, very bizarre communication that made it seem like he must use an AI bot to respond to guests. Overall not worth the price we paid, had a bad sleep due to the heat and terrible pillows.

Amazing place and experience! I love tiny homes and AJ’s wasn’t an exception. Very communicative and attentive to everything even when not physically there. Very homey and cozy environment. There is another tiny home probably 5 steps from the front of this one and it wasn’t a problem but it’s definitely not as private as I thought. The other situation was the AC, it was extremely hot and we were sweating overnight, we turned on the fan that’s under the bed and that seemed to help circulate the air but it still seemed like hot air, I never contacted AJ or tried to figure it out so that’s my fault. Like previously stated AJ was very attentive and communicative, couldn’t have asked for a better host.

aj was very responsive, however - the a/c & heater unit was not working when we arrived. the next morning the hot water for the shower would not work & we needed to contact her again. this is a cute little unit inside & the area has lots of good things on the surrounding block. the unit is a trailer behind another trailer though.
