Beautifully restored Portland home. The location was fantastic. It set us up for a full day of exploring Washington Park and the Japanese gardens. If you like Dave’s Hot Chicken, it’s the place for you, as it sits right next door. The parking space was extremely convenient, the beds were cozy and the small deck was a great place to take in the neighborhood. Great stay! Wouldn’t hesitate to book.

We had a great stay and would definitely book again. The house is spacious, charming, and full of character. It is an older home, so you can notice things like the smell of the old wood, but it has been very well maintained and that actually added to its charm. The location is excellent, especially for exploring NW 23rd, and having a carport/driveway that comfortably accommodated our two cars was a huge convenience. We were a group of eight, and while we knew in advance there were only two bathrooms, that was a little challenging at times, but that was certainly on us. The property was a bit pricey, but given the location and the limited options nearby that could comfortably accommodate eight people, we felt it was worth it. Kevin was extremely friendly, responsive, and accommodating, including allowing us a late checkout until noon. Overall, an excellent stay in a fantastic location. We would happily stay here again.

House is so beautiful and the walkability was easy. Communication with Kevin was great. Close to the park but also downtown.

Perfect house for us. Great for families, including a ground floor bedroom, if you have older guests. Restaurants of all kinds a block away and easy access to main arteries to get downtown or across the river to NE. Outstanding walking right there up above into the NW Hills and Forest Park. Kevin was kind and went out of his way during our check-in process. He was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this property. !0 out of 10!

Superb location and so much space. We loved stepping out and being right in the action and vibe of Portland. So many restaurants, shops and bars on the doorstep. We especially loved walking around and checking out all the beautiful homes in the area. We had a great time!
