Perfect house for us. Great for families, including a ground floor bedroom, if you have older guests. Restaurants of all kinds a block away and easy access to main arteries to get downtown or across the river to NE. Outstanding walking right there up above into the NW Hills and Forest Park. Kevin was kind and went out of his way during our check-in process. He was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this property. !0 out of 10!

Superb location and so much space. We loved stepping out and being right in the action and vibe of Portland. So many restaurants, shops and bars on the doorstep. We especially loved walking around and checking out all the beautiful homes in the area. We had a great time!

Absolutely 10/10 experience staying here. The house is stunning- big bedrooms, large kitchen, spotless bathrooms and on a street with tons of shops and restaurants. Kevin is fabulous and so responsive and helpful! Will be staying here again. 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Our stay at Kevin's was great. He is such a responsive host and answered all my questions before hand. The location is unbeatable in Portland and it's so walkable to shops, restaurants, bars, and everything you'd need for your stay! We had a big group and definitely filled the space - with that, there was no cleaning equipment for us to wipe down counters during our stay so we made do with what we had. A minor inconvenience for an otherwise great experience! Would stay again!

This is a very charming house right in the middle of the city. We walked everywhere. It was super clean inside. We could tell it was managed with attention. 2 parking spots were great for us. The host was very good in his communications with us. Overall easy, five stars. Things to pay attention to would be that there is one bathroom to three bedrooms upstairs. Also, the downside of it being in such great location in the middle of the city is that it tends to wake you up earlier in the morning with the city noises such as construction, trash, pick up, etc..
