My family had a great stay at David's place. Parking spot provided was clutch and private entrance felt extra secure. As you walk out of the unit, there is an amazing pizza restaurant Lovelys 5050 not 50 ft away. Other shopping and great restaurants very walkable. 5/5 stars. Thanks for having us!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The place is spotlessly clean, (surprisingly) spacious, and very nicely appointed. We also loved the location! Mississippi Avenue is right outside, and a great walkable neighborhood full of life (and great food, drink, music, shops) - and yet the apartment is very quiet and private. Further, the owner was extremely responsive, replying to any of my questions immediately, very helpful but never intrusive. We would happily stay here again next time we visit Portland; highly recommend!

This place is in a great location, close to restaurants and shops. Apartment can be a bit noisy, given it’s on the lower level. David has always been communicative and helpful.

Great location for my family of young kids. Was walkable for break, lunch and dinner. Although on a busy street, the unit was quiet. We loved that there was dedicated parking as mississippi st is quite popular. David was very responsive with any concerns we had, and immediately rectified any issues. Thanks for hosting!
