We ended up leaving shortly after arriving and booking another place because the property did not work well for our family. We were traveling with young children and dogs, so the “family friendly” description was important to us. We found that the fence was not fully enclosed, the mini-split AC was leaking, the property could have been cleaner, and there was no AC in the top-floor bedroom for our child. Overall, the property was different from what we expected based on the listing, and we did not feel comfortable staying. We were not reimbursed for any of the costs associated with having to leave and book another accommodation. We would have appreciated a more accurate description of the property and its condition.

Came to Portland for a birthday party and stayed with a couple friends. The bedroom situation was perfect, it’s hard to find a three bedroom home in Portland and the price was very reasonable. We especially loved having the hot tub to hang out in. The kitchen was very functional! I baked a cake for the party (I brought my own ingredients and specialty equipment), and the oven worked well and there were plenty of basic cooking utensils. Finally the neighborhood is very cute and this house is close to lots of restaurants!
