What a wonderful stay! Kimberly was incredibly responsive, proactive and friendly throughout the entire visit. She made sure we had everything we needed and was always quick to help with any questions. It was the perfect place for my parents-in-law while they were visiting us in Portland. Highly recommend!

We had a great time celebrating my daughter’s 30th birthday. Communication was clear and responses were quick. Great location and recommendations from the host. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and even a couple bars within walking distance (2 bars right across the street). The space was true to the pictures. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. I would recommend this space to people looking for a good time.

We loved this charming place! Great location, the beds were ultra comfy and check in and check out was very easy and seamless. Kimberly is very responsive and was great about receiving feedback. Since we stayed on the hottest weekend so far this year, we unfortunately had to go purchase fans for the bedrooms just to be able to sleep. The A/C unit is in the kitchen and does not carry down the hall to bedrooms. We stayed 3 nights and cooked a lot of food at the house, but there was no where in the kitchen to store non-refridgerated food. The last thing was a 10am checkout on Monday morning, which felt like a mad dash after staying there for 3 nights with all of the things we brought and accumulated over the weekend. I would much prefer a 12pm or at least an 11am. Kimberly was very kind and said that she would take all of this into consideration to improve the space for future guests. All of this to say, if these few minor details are addressed, we would absolutely stay here again!

🚶 Walking — Inner SE Portland is one of the city's most walkable areas, with easy access to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and nightlife along Burnside, Belmont, and Hawthorne. 🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 12 (Sandy/Burnside) and Route 20 (Burnside/Stark) provide frequent service to downtown (~10 min). Route 70 (12th Ave) also serves the area. 🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe. 🚗 Driving — Metered and free street parking available (read signs for restrictions). Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes. ✈️ Airport — PDX is about 16 minutes by car or reachable via MAX from nearby downtown stations.
