The house had a lot of character and the beds were comfy and it was clean and as described. I didn’t quite understand how hard it would be to only have one bathroom for 3 adults. I also didn’t understand (despite other reviews) how hard it would be to park in the neighborhood. It was fine on Thursday but Friday and Saturday it was insane. We had to drive around many blocks for 30 mins at one point and never did find parking. We just took turns standing with the car until it was time to leave for dinner 😅. After dinner we had to park 6 blocks away…and we looked everywhere! If you don’t have a car, I recommend this place highly though.

Kim’s place was in a good location, spacious, and comfy. The parking situation wasn’t the best, but you could still find a spot about a block away. The place was clean, but could use a more thorough cleaning. Kim was a good host and was great at communicating.

We had a great time staying at Kimberly's place in Portland. The house is spacious and cozy, and the location is excellent. Kimberly was super helpful as we made preparations ahead of our trip, we truly appreciated the communication with her throughout our stay!
