Good place. Everything was clean and matched the pictures. Street parking was surprisingly easy to find within a block of the apartment always. The only thing that was disappointing was the shower. It would have been nice if a picture of that would have been included in the listing.

Kimberly was a very responsive host. However, this apartment needs a lot of work. As soon as we walked in, we could smell mildew/mold. The claw foot tub could be a cool feature, except the coating is coming off; little pieces were falling off just from water hitting it during showers. The shower curtains also don't go all the way around, making it impossible to avoid getting water on the floor and no privacy. The baseboards and walls were dirty, with orange mildew on the walls. The bathroom is very small with nowhere to set things down; shower supplies are outside of the shower, so every time you reach for soap, more water gets on the floor. (Issues with the bathroom were mentioned in a review a year ago, so unfortunately things haven't improved). There was trash left from previous guests in the kitchen. The dishes were dirty and we had to clean them before use. The tops of the sugar/creamer canisters were also dirty. There was only 1 fork available for use, and limited other utensils.
