Kimberly was flexible with checkin times. She was also very quick to respond to any questions when I had a little trouble navigating the lock to the door - I appreciated the ability to unlock it from the app instead of the keypad. Since I was by myself with a few pieces of luggage it was nice that the courtyard itself had a lock so that I could keep things there while grabbing the rest of my stuff.
