Accommodating place for a group of people. Kimberly was very attentive and would reply quickly whenever we had questions. The house was clean and we loved the area we stayed in! I would recommend this stay to anybody looking to be close to downtown Portland.

The house was conveniently located in the neighborhood of Goose Hollow which made it accessible to so much in Portland. It is a very walkable area with friendly neighbors. The house was a bit dated but very clean, beds and living area was very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with amenities. The basement was also clean but had a stale smell to it that went away if you opened the windows. Kimberly was such a pleasure to work with. She is very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this place for families wanting to visit Portland.

Horrible experience. The first night, we arrived later in the evening and the heat wouldn’t turn on. The thermostat was set to schedule and revert to 59F. By the next morning, we were able to get the heat on by contacting the host for instructions. Shortly after, a neighbor knocked on our door to alert us to a gas smell. I informed the host who instructed us to evacuate immediately and call the gas company. When we told her we weren’t comfortable staying the second night due to this safety issue, the host stated the nonrefundable cancellation policy would apply. I had to contact support to have the night refunded. I was so disappointed not only with the poor maintenance of the house/furnace, but by the host’s prioritization of the ownership company’s profit over the safety of our group. Our lives were in danger due to this overnight gas leak and she did not make the effort to make it right.
