Across the Willamette River from downtown, this area blends industrial Portland with new restaurants, microbreweries and riverside recreation. Criss-crossed with train tracks and lined with old industrial factories, some of Portland’s favorite restaurants, boutiques and events call the Central Eastside home. Kimberly's place was lovely, beautiful architecture and comfortable accommodations. Kimberley was communicative and helpful, check in was easy, and it was convenient to our conference downtown. I stayed here with colleagues and we all enjoyed it!

Stayed here for a long weekend with friends. The house was clean and had listed amenities. The house is old/unique (complimentary) but is a little "funky" - it needs some updates. Typical issues that airbnbs have after a while - blinds that are broken, missing window screens, carpet needs replacing, not enough coffee mugs, etc. Beds were quite comfy, and linens seemed new enough and good quality, which was appreciated. As described, parking is very limited around the house. Much easier on the weekends, but during weekdays it's zoned 2-hour parking in the surrounding area. Just something to be aware of. Overall - good value and is serviceable if your goal is to be out and about in the city rather than looking for a luxurious stay-home experience.

The neighborhood felt unsafe. Transients everywhere, active yelling and arguing all night. There is no railing on the porch, 10’ high! Smells like old pet urine and mildew. Trash and dirt left inside, mildew and mold in the shower… it was a horrible experience, the photos were obviously doctored with AI. The washed and dryer were in the locked basement, dryer did not work. This was falsely advertised.

With folks flying into PDX (a 15 minute drive), this was the perfect place to crash for a night before heading out to the coast. Lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops within walking distance; we chose Scotch Lodge and were not at all disappointed. Super clean and full of Portland charm. Parking was a bit of a Tetris puzzle, but this is Portland so that is to be expected, and we ultimately got both cars within a block. Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Craftsman home in Portland. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. The home was spotless and very well maintained, with beautiful details both inside and out. Everything listed in the Airbnb description was exactly as advertised, and all of the amenities were provided. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again!
