Aj’s Portland home was the perfect stay. It was very a cozy and cute Portland craftsman. Location was very walkable just minutes from all the shops, restaurants and bars on Hawthorne street. As mentioned it is on a main road so there is some street noise and if you are parking it’s recommended to back in so you can get out easier. But honestly was so walkable you really didn’t need the car if you stayed in the area. The beds were very soft with nice sheets. Kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything you could need. Aj was very easy to communicate with and made check in/out super simple. He also checked in to make sure we had everything we needed durning the stay. I would highly recommend his place and would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Portland.

Beautiful and spacious home in a super walkable area. Probably the most comfortable beds and couch I’ve experienced in an airbnb! We had 5 people, and there were tons of nooks, drawers, and counter space to put all our belongings. Host was super responsive. The one downside is noise from the street, esp. if you’re sleeping in the living room, but bring earplugs and you’ll be fine.

Aj’s place was nice and clean, and he was super responsive. Would definitely come back again!

Aj is an amazing host!!! Home was cozy and easy to check in. Kitchen has all the necessary equipment to make a full dinner. The beds are super comfy and the couch is big and comfy. I will definitely recommend Aj’s home. It is on an Avenue but that didn’t bother us at all. :) Aj communicated on a timely matter and offer any accommodations if needed. (We didn’t need any since everything was already staged perfectly) my daughter and I attended a show at the Hawthorne Theater which is literally three houses away. There’s a market at the corner which is so convenient:) Thank you soooo much for hosting my family and I. Your home is beautiful :) will be returning soon!! ❤️

We enjoyed our stay at AJ’s home. The house is a short walk to SE Hawthorne Blvd which provides access to so much to do and eat. The house was clean and homey. Parking in the space in front of the home takes a little consideration especially if there is someone staying in the upstairs unit (two cars parking in same area) The recommendation to back into your spot is a good one since you are exiting onto a busier street. AJ was communicative and sent check-in messages during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.
