Our charming home is nestled in the idyllic Division/Clinton district, also known as the Hosford-Abernethy neighborhood on local maps. Nearby lies the historic Ladd's Addition, known for its beautiful rose gardens and unique diagonal street layout. While our home is situated on a bustling street, walking one block north will bring you to a serene residential area. You'll be steps away from some of Portland's finest restaurants, eclectic shopping, and convenient grocery stores, all within easy walking distance. Enjoy the vibrant local culture with nearby cafes and boutiques. The area is also well-served by public transit, making it easy to explore other parts of the city. The host was responsive, communicative, and made a genuine effort to address our concerns throughout our stay, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall condition and cleanliness of the home did not meet our expectations, especially given the price. The property appeared worn, with makeup stains on the curtains, stains on some seating, and visible watermarks on the dining room table. Additionally, a nearby bar/nightclub played extremely loud music until approximately 3:00 AM each night, making it difficult to sleep. While we appreciate the host’s responsiveness and attempts to resolve the issues, our group ultimately felt the property did not provide the value we expected for the cost. We were disappointed with both the condition of the home and the excessive noise and would not consider the stay worth the price.

We booked the full farmhouse space for two nights to host out of town wedding guests. Check in was easy and Dalouny was very responsive, and she was able to accommodate an early check in which made our day much easier. However, two of the tiny homes were not heating properly and the water did not get hot in one. Maintenance had to come replace propane tanks for heat during our stay. Additionally, there was an ant infestation in one of the tiny homes. Two of the heating splits in the main house are not currently working (as of 12/31/25). Dalouny let us know about this issue beforehand and provided space heaters, but the house stayed chilly and many of the working splits were loud. In the upstairs bathroom, the cold water tap was loose and fell off, and we had to fix it to shower. Overall, the property was as described and in a good location, however there were several maintenance issues during our stay that detracted from the overall value of the property.

Neighbors So apparently there’s a guy who lives next door who hates the fact that he sold this property. He will barge in and tell everyone to be quiet at 8pm. He should have gotten arrested but I didn’t want to ruin the evening. Tried calling the property managers and heard nothing.
