Hayden was a super proactive and communicative host, although the place could have definitely used some TLC. It was not as clean and modern as depicted in the photos. The was mold in the shower and very noticeable scruffs, stains, and dents all over the apartment walls and on the living room furniture. Caution to those who have difficulties with mobility or a lot of luggage. There are two sets of carpeted stairs that you have to walk up before entering the apartment. All in all, Hayden was wonderful and zero complaints about the location or getting access to the place. I just wish it was truer to the pictures.

Hayden was a great host, very kind and courteous. The place is very nice in a very quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. Bed was very comfortable. I would be back again.

Lovely stay, will definitely be back!

We attempted to check into this Airbnb, but the keypad was displaying a glaring “low battery” warning, making it impossible to check in. We reached out to the host, who responded immediately and attempted to troubleshoot the issue but was unsuccessful. The keypad was completely dead, and the host told us, “The next step is for a handyman to help with the lock. He stops at 5 pm, but I’ll try to arrange help.” This was at 11 pm, and the host stopped responding after that message, leaving us stranded in the middle of the night. We were exhausted, with our luggage and dog, and forced to find alternative accommodation at that hour. It should be routine to check keypads between guest stays to prevent situations like this. We received a full refund, but no one should have to experience being stranded at night, especially during their birthday weekend.

I enjoyed my stay at Hayden‘s place. The location is fantastic. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed. Communication was excellent and it was easy to get inside the unit. I would stay again. Oh, and also the bed was super comfortable.

Great neighborhood to stay in, very walkable. The apartment was clean and as expected from pics. You will feel like part of the neighborhood!!
