This was a great little spot for a weekend trip, would definitely recommend. Super clean & neat, extremely comfortable beds. The space is small - just enough room in the living area for three to sit & chat comfortably, & literally only just enough room to walk all the way around the queen bed in the downstairs/main bedroom. Lofted bedroom is plenty spacious, but beware it is "open air" to the main living space below, if you're concerned about privacy. Relatedly, shared walls with neighboring apartments allow sound to travel, & though we could hear the neighbors at times, this was not disruptive. Wear grippy socks! The floors were so clean they were slippery. Hayden is super responsive to messaging & communicated clearly. Parking is a bit of an issue, as it's pay to park (which is clearly indicated in the listing) but there are overnight lots a couple of blocks away that were affordable & safe. Great location in easy proximity to many great spots in Slabtown. We felt cozy & safe here!

What a perfect location in Slabtown! It's extremely walkable and for being in an apartment it's very quiet. Small and cozy, well decorated and a great use of space for such a tiny unit. The beds were extremely comfortable with soft sheets. We were easily able to find paid street parking right out front twice (4 hour max M-Sat 8am - 10pm). And for overnight parking we found a lot 3 blocks away with $12 parking from evening until 10am. We loved how bright the apartment is during the day with natural light, just know that the loft doesn't get fully dark due to the porch lights out front that don't turn off. Even with the gorgeous roof windows' blind closed it looked like dawn was happening all night long. It didn't bother me but for light sensitive folks bring a sleep mask. The downstairs bedroom shares a wall with the neighbor's TV and though it didn't bother my friend, for noise sensitive people bring ear plugs. The host was wonderful and checked in a lot to make sure we were happy!
