Too many stairs.

The place was very clean and tidy. The WiFi had only two bars and was a bit slow but adequate. I was a bit disappointed that the entry on the ground floor requires climbing a set of stairs to the living room and kitchen on the second floor and then required climbing a second set of stairs to the bedroom and bathroom. This was not clear on the listing. The furnace and controls were on the second floor but a comfortable setting there caused the bedroom on the third floor to be too warm. This was helped by turning down the temperature on the second floor. The home was in a perfect location within walking distance of many restaurants and stores. The experience was very pleasant.

The Hawthorne district is a great place to stay - tons of great restaurants, very well connected by public transit, easy parking, and quiet as well. Daniel's place was an excellent option.

Very cozy and welcoming! Awesome location with lots to do in the area. Lots of stuff within walking distance. The neighborhood seemed quite peaceful and calm. Daniel was very quick to respond and very proactive in communicating, which we greatly appreciated. Overall we had a very comfortable stay!
