N/A I was unable to access the property using the gate code that was emailed to me. Property Manager did not respond to my request for gate access assistance timely; I was at the gate at 1:15 p.m. Property did not contact me until after 5:30 p.m. By then, I had made other lodging arrangements for my 5 day stay. Despite the circumstances, Property Manager refused to accept accountability and issue a refund for the 5 days paid. Said I should have accessed their portal (as I stood on the street) and told me to contact Booking.com with my concerns. Property Manager said that I didn't cancel the reservation and was liable for the full amount despite the fact that I told the property on the phone call and via text the first day that I had made other arrangements and expected a full refund. In my opinion, property looked shabby and run down from the exterior. The old black gated entrance did not add to its ambience. Also, no dedicated parking for the property; had to park a block and a half away which is inconvenient when bringing in food, suitcases, etc. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a property in my many years of travel. With that said, I have enjoyed many other lodging experiences booked through Booking.com., but not in this case.

The place was close to a lot of things and the host gave great recommendations. Getting into the room was a little difficult but was resolved in under ten minutes so nothing too bad. It is truly a great little space with all the needed amenities for a night or even couple of day stay.

Had a good time staying here! There were some problems with the shower when we got there. The curtain rod was disconnected from the ceiling and the shower head broke when we tried to adjust it. Fortunately our host was very responsive and was able to get someone out the next morning to fix both if those problems. There was some light dust on some shelving, but other than that it was clean. Overall, very worth the price!

It was a really amazing cozy little spot! Really makes you feel at home and definitely close to a lot of things and the bus stop is right in front which was great! Love it I recommend.
