Great place to stay when visiting Portland

Disappointed that the listing picture didn’t match the atmosphere we experienced. The couch is not the same, was uncomfortable to sit on and had brown stains on it. There were ants in multiple rooms, including one of the bedrooms and bathroom. There was black mold on the windows and the laundry detergent dispenser on the washing machine. The laundry area reeks of mold, was dirty and the lighting so poor I needed to use the flashlight on my phone to use the washer. As others mentioned there is not AC throughout the unit, just in the living room.

Spiffy spacious apartment in walkable area of SE Portland. Very clean, great timely responses from owner; just bring ea Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in a lively part of SE Portland. Well-supplied kitchen. Very clean and uncluttered. Noisy at night; loud clanking of bottles being recycled … people talking and laughing late in the night . The cabinet in unattached bathroom was too talk for my petite height; need hooks in this bathroom to hang towels or clothes.

The kitchen was well stocked and the location was really convenient but the apartment and trash situation didn’t feel ve The location was really walkable for neighborhood, restaurants and Laurelhurst Park. The trash situation was a bit problematic and the apartment could use some upgrades (dirty rug, stained kitchen sink, awkward bathrooms).

The place was very clean and comfortable. We loved the neighborhood. The only thing is there isnt air conditioning in the bedrooms and it turned out to be hot that day in the 90's. Regardless, I would still stay here again.
