Loved staying at Hayden’s place! Super central to downtown Portland, close to the bustle of 23rd, parking was super easy to navigate, and place was pristine. Would definitely look to stay here again!

The location was great—very walkable, with easy access to Forest Park and several great restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, the apartment itself did not live up to our expectations. When we arrived, we were surprised by the level of cleanliness, particularly the amount of pet hair and what appeared to be stains from pet accidents. We initially tried to make the best of it and ended up rolling up the rug ourselves because we did not feel comfortable using it. There were also several maintenance issues, including a broken bathroom door handle that was not repaired until about halfway through our stay. Hayden was generally quick to respond to our messages, which we appreciated, and at first we assumed the issues would be resolved fairly easily. Unfortunately, getting practical solutions often took much longer than we expected, and we found ourselves having to manage or work around several of the problems ourselves. We attempted to enjoy our stay and be flexible, but ultimately left early.

Very cute, updated space. Wonderful restaurants, shops and coffee shops all within walking distance. Had a couple issues, a lot of dog hair on the couch and oven didn’t work one evening. Host was quick to respond and assist with solutions. Very busy corner, not quiet or real private if that’s what you’re looking for. If you want great choices of things to do and being in the center of a vibrant local scene. This is your place!
