Great location & cozy place to relax. The location was great. Restaurants and entertainment walking distance. Had everything we needed. Shower is great but can be hard for people that have a hard time with balance because it’s a deep tub.and hard to get in. It would have been nice to have more towels. We only had one each which was fine but really needed another. I needed another blanket. It doesn’t have a microwave. We spent most of our time out so not needed. Bed was ok but could use a new mattress.

Location was unmatched for what we needed. Close to Downtown, bike paths, transit, great places to eat. Upper Left Coffee was amazing, within walking distance. Ladd's was also nearby, which was very enjoyable. A note on parking: it is indeed free, but restricted to 2 hours only during the week. Thankfully Ladd's had all day street parking, albeit a few blocks walk away. Great spot, happy with the stay.

Kimberly was responsive and as helpful as could be via phone. I understand there was a miscommunication with the cleaners, but this felt misleading given that I had been in communication prior to a paid early check-in. There were dirty dishes, hair in the bathroom, trash leftover, tissues in the bed, etc. Coming in to a dirty place after a long flight dampened our stay. We also got locked out several times because they changed our access codes. The new codes would never work, so we just reverted back to the original one. Feeling locked out in a new city at 2am is stressful. Overall, the neighborhood was great and we enjoyed our Portland trip. I think this was just a matter of bad luck for us unfortunately. Otherwise, walkable area close to several bars and food spots. We rented a car and had no trouble finding parking nearby. I appreciate the host's responsiveness and recommend the location.

Kimberly’s place was amazing! I love the bar/pizza parlor directly across the street from her place. The bar was low key & quiet and closed at 9pm so we wasn’t worried about loud noises late at night. Kimberly was awesome she extended check out to accommodate us which was extremely helpful, thank you again for Sharon your home with us. It was greatly appreciated and will be visiting Portland again soon to try out your recommendations you provided as well.
