A cute classic Portland home with all the classic charm (built in cabinets, ceramic tubs and sinks etc). Right off a busy very walkable main street but you couldn’t tell from how quiet it was!

Kimberly was very responsive when I messaged her and was very accommodating. I asked for more towels and she brought them same day. The electronic locked keypad also stopped working and she sent maintenance out. They were unable to fix but she provided us with a key. She was very friendly and responsive. She stated there was a washer and dryer but it was a shared appliance with other tenants located in the basement, it was coin operated which wasn’t communicated, so make sure you know that when booking. The building was old but clean and tidy. Overall a nice place to stay.

The space was super sweet. It was fun to be in an older Portland home close to great spots to eat. And the bed was super comfortable! The host was very responsive to messages. It was a chilly night and there was no heater in the bedroom. Within minutes of reaching out, there was a bag on the porch with a space heater and an extra blanket. Well done!

This place is an abhorrent conditions. The photos do not match what it looks like inside. The wood in the bathroom is rotting, there are stains everywhere, the drawers in the kitchen also have disgusting stains and wood rot, there were cockroaches crawling on the walls of the living room, there is mold and water damage on the walls, there are outlets falling out of the wall, and there was diatomaceous earth in one of he cupboards. It is clear this place is not upkept and how it’s still up as a listing is beyond me. This host should not be allowed to continue to have listings.
