4 Queen Bedrooms, Walk to the Pearl and NW 23rd

The space is lovely, the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is great with everything you need for making a meal! The area is quite walkable - easy access to Safeway, cute restaurants and local parks. It is 3 flights up to the door where you will have access in and out (and then a flight back down to two of the bedrooms and the kitchen). Is only a problem if you have folks with mobility limitations like elderly or babes in arms. Also good to know: it's a pretty noisy area: it is right next to the freeway, there is a train that runs next door and on the Friday night while we were there, some club goers were hanging out just under the windows. It felt noisier than we expected (we live in SF, Oakland and Queens so are not unaccustomed to urban noise-scapes) That said the windows do a great job of blocking the freeway sound and most of the bedrooms were not impacted by the club goers/train noise.

We had a great time! There were lots of bars and restaurants that were walkable. Cheyenne was super responsive to all of my inquiries. The road noise was easily masked by sound machines and fans, both of which were plentifully supplied.

Such a cute, clean place in a lovely neighborhood! Would definitely return.

Great Airbnb, well worth the price for a 4bd 2bth. Location was both the high and low of this listing: -Positive: very walkable to 21st and 23rd streets with all their shops, bars and restaurants. One block away from the closest metro stop. 10 minute drive to the zoo, 30 minutes from beautiful Colombia River waterfalls. -Negative: noise due to nearby freeway and Metro, which to be fair the listing mentioned. Freeway wasn't too bad; during the day with windows and doors closed it wasn't very noticable, and at night when sleeping the white noise machines and earplugs thoughtfully provided helped. Worse was the metro, which passed by every 20-30 minutes from 6am to midnight. Again, during the day it wasn't very disruptive, but at night it would shake the house, especially on the top floor closest to the tracks. So if you have any light sleepers in your party, take that into consideration. Beside the + and - of the location, a very pleasant experience! Cheyenne was very responsive.

10 out of 10 would recommend, responsive easy access. So much good food and things to do so close to the house, great location! Would definitely stay here again.
