Great location and all the amenities needed. This lodging is part of a row of townhouses, and even quiet noise from neighboring units could be easily heard. The walls are thin. Alberta street is also very loud on weekend nights, so if sensitive to noise, this is not your place. As other reviewers have noted, the only bathroom is on the 3rd floor, and it is quite small. Otherwise, it was a good stay and Delanie is a great host.

Great place, very clean and great location! And a great size, very happy with it! The only negative part was the bathroom. It was on the 3rd floor but one of the bedrooms that uses it is on the 1st floor. In addition, the bathtub drainage is super slow, so you end up taking a shower in a tub that doesn’t drain

We had a great stay at Delanie’s place. I would recommend it for its walkability to Alberta with great restaurants and local shopping. Delanie was an excellent host - very accommodating and responsive.

The house is very nicely decorated and just like the pictures, plenty of amenities and aircon. Street parking was easy and location is very walkable - grocery store is 10 min walk. Coffee around the corner. I love this location. Street was quiet and felt safe which isn’t true everywhere in Portland. House is many flights of stairs so we left our bags on the bottom floor rather than moving it to the bedrooms as the stairs are narrow and we did not want to scratch any walls on the way up. Bathroom is located on the very top which is tough if you’re sleeping on the entry level bedroom. Only one bathroom so if you’re staying in a group you’ll have to share. We were one family so it was easy for us. Upstairs 2 bedroom has an air conditioning outside so if it’s hot you need to leave doors open. Ground floor door is thin and you can hear neighbors so we felt bad as kids were a bit loud. The house was perfect and pricing was similar to comparable size and offering in Portland.
