The house is very nicely decorated and just like the pictures, plenty of amenities and aircon. Street parking was easy and location is very walkable - grocery store is 10 min walk. Coffee around the corner. I love this location. Street was quiet and felt safe which isn’t true everywhere in Portland. House is many flights of stairs so we left our bags on the bottom floor rather than moving it to the bedrooms as the stairs are narrow and we did not want to scratch any walls on the way up. Bathroom is located on the very top which is tough if you’re sleeping on the entry level bedroom. Only one bathroom so if you’re staying in a group you’ll have to share. We were one family so it was easy for us. Upstairs 2 bedroom has an air conditioning outside so if it’s hot you need to leave doors open. Ground floor door is thin and you can hear neighbors so we felt bad as kids were a bit loud. The house was perfect and pricing was similar to comparable size and offering in Portland.

Delanie is a great host. Their communication was always quick helpful and responsive. They were flexible in moving accommodation. The accommodation matched the description and we could always park on the street so the lack of dedicated parking was not an issue. We were there in unusually hot weather and one of the AC units was intermittently loud and we turned it off at night. The coffee was excellent. I would strongly recommend Delanie as a host. Thanks so much.

Delanie was an amazing host and their place is perfect for small family’s! Great neighborhood with delicious restaurants that are walkable. Highly recommended. Will book again! Thank you for everything

Location was amazing with French pastries, dumplings, coffee shops and an authentic Indian restaurant within a block. There’s actually six or seven blocks of interesting shops (even wine tastings). I would recommend getting the MIL quarters if you have a full group to have a second bathroom on the bottom floor and you’ll need to be able to do stairs since it’s three stories. Super clean and modern. Host responded very quickly with any questions we had.

I absolutely loved this place so clean close to everything! Pet friendly! My host was so friendly and helpful. I also liked I was able to get my things in and out of my vehicle into the house. This is a fabulous place! I would only recommend for people who can do stairs. Not recommended for elderly or anyone who’s handicap. But other than that I loved the place.

A vibrant corridor of murals, independent shops, craft cocktail bars, and some of Portland's best brunch spots. Last Thursday art walks (May–September) transform the street into an open-air gallery.

One of Portland’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods, Alberta Arts is bursting with color, culture, and creativity. Murals line the streets, and nearly every block is home to an art gallery, boutique, coffee shop, or food destination. Walk to Salt & Straw for inventive ice cream flavors, grab brunch at Tin Shed Garden Cafe, or enjoy local beers at Great Notion. On Last Thursdays of the month, the whole neighborhood turns into a lively open-air art walk with music, food, and local vendors. Alberta Park is just a few blocks away for green space and a relaxing stroll. Here, you're just 15 minutes from downtown and the airport—close to everything yet tucked into one of Portland's most beloved residential pockets.
