The house itself was wonderful. Clean, plenty of linens provided, nice patio area in the back to hang out. The location itself was within walking distance of much pretty much anything that we wanted to do. Trader Joe’s was right around the corner and several coffee shops outside our door. I would definitely say it is in a rougher area than the surrounding areas, but we never once felt unsafe. Just took some getting used to. The instructions for the keypad to get into the property did not match the lock that was on the gate so did have to communicate with Kimberly a few times to get it figured out. We ended up figuring it out ourselves so would just advise to make sure instructions for the lock match the property. Kimberly was easy to communicate with and willing to assist in any way necessary.

The house worked out great. It’s very spacious with a huge room upstairs perfect for kids. The only thing we didn’t like was no dedicated parking. We jad to use street parking for which we had to pay and move the car every 4 hours. I did not realize that when booking.
