Host was very responsive and accommodated our needs. Clean and tidy house with all the amenities you'd need. Anything else desired can be purchased nearby within walking distance. Great location to walk to almost anywhere. We decided against renting a car because of the parking restrictions in the neighborhood, but the location works out if you're okay with walking 20-30 minutes to downtown. We felt safe walking everywhere we went. The house does share a wall with a bar, but the noise wasn't an issue. There are white noise machines in most of the rooms but we didn't need them (our infant was able to sleep through the minimal noise). I visited the bar twice during our stay and the staff seems respectful and will probably do what they can, within reason, if anything becomes an issue. There are multiple stairs to access the home (no ramps), so if you're wheelchair-bound, or have access-issues with stairs, it would be a difficult stay. All in all, I'd definitely book here again.

The unit is a beautiful old house with high ceilings and moulding. There is a pleasant outdoor patio and the beds are nice and comfortable. The best feature is the convenient, walkable location. Highly recommended.

The house itself was wonderful. Clean, plenty of linens provided, nice patio area in the back to hang out. The location itself was within walking distance of much pretty much anything that we wanted to do. Trader Joe’s was right around the corner and several coffee shops outside our door. I would definitely say it is in a rougher area than the surrounding areas, but we never once felt unsafe. Just took some getting used to. The instructions for the keypad to get into the property did not match the lock that was on the gate so did have to communicate with Kimberly a few times to get it figured out. We ended up figuring it out ourselves so would just advise to make sure instructions for the lock match the property. Kimberly was easy to communicate with and willing to assist in any way necessary.
