Talk about location! This area is often referred to as Foodie Row. You are just a hop, skip, and a jump away from two of Portland's hottest streets, Alberta and MLK. The neighborhood is brimming with shops and restaurants where you can easily lose track of time. If vintage shopping, lifestyle boutiques, and novelty gift shops are your thing, you’ll need a couple of days to explore everything this vibrant neighborhood has to offer.

Darise’s place was great! Very easy communication, and super clean and tidy! Neighborhood was a bit loud through the night, but still felt worth it for the price!

Main issue for us was cleanliness in certain areas: The bathroom wasn’t our favorite place due to the floors and showers needed a good cleaning and the grout is discolored/dirty. The dishwasher was dirty. And the oven had some type of old dried stuff that caused the kitchen to smoke and get black stuff on our food. Floors and stairs needed a good cleaning. Overall the place needed an actual deep clean . This turned us off about the place and not something that could be expected to be remediated during a stay, we just had to deal with it . Wish that it was clean. Second to cleanliness, this may bother others but you can clearly hear everything outside and at night. Otherwise the location was good. Food truck park was nice to have . Parking on street. Plenty of towels. Cookies were a nice touch. BNB host was super friendly and responsive and gave recommendations . Literally if the place were deep cleaned my review would be 4.5 to 5 stars.

Darise was kind, responsive and friendly! Her home was clean, easy to navigate and had plenty of room for my family! We had a slight mishap with our dog and she was extremely kind and understanding while resolving the issue. Would absolutely stay here again!
