3BR House on Belmont - Parking - Fast Wifi

This is a 3-4 bedroom house in a very good location. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Host is responsive and very accommodating (let us drop off our luggage early, which was so helpful!). The downstairs bedroom is comfortable, with an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The upstairs bedrooms share a hall bath with a cast-iron tub with rails and shower curtains around it. Note for accessibility: a flight of stairs to get in, and a flight of wooden stairs to get to the bedrooms upstairs. The tub upstairs would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues to use. The kitchen was large and well-equipped. There is a long sofa and armchair in the living room, with a large TV. The space in the backyard is very nice, with a deck with a table (we ate our meals there). There is also a firepit with 4 chairs, but we didn’t try it out.

This is exactly what we needed for our stay. Plenty of space and easy to get to all the places in Portland we wanted to be. The large kitchen, dining, and front room were wonderful for spending time with family (and had enough dishes and silverware for everyone!). The beds were comfortable- we all slept well. Host was extremely helpful and easy to contact.

We were very happy with this house. It was just as advertised. The rooms were spacious and the place was very comfortable. Laurelhurst Park to the north was perfect for walking our dog. There are great coffee shops, bookstores, and vintage clothing stores all within walking distance.

Very roomy and comfortable property. Would recommend for easy location, cleanliness, and good ole Portland charm. Kimberly is very responsive and works to make sure everything is going well.
