Great location for exploring Portlands art district. Walkable to Mississippi and Alberta streets which have cute shops and restaurants. The place was very clean with comfortable beds, nice kitchen and a very responsive host. We'd stay there again.

We were returning to Portland as we once lived there and this was an excellent experience with Kevin’s place for us. This is a perfect location for being in the city with access to great restaurants and just about anything you would want to do. There is a planet fitness right down the street. Walkable! Lovely place with great finishes and everything you need and the easiest check rules we have had yet. He also responded in seconds to our questions. Can’t say enough good things and will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was close to everything we wanted to do-within 20 minutes of downtown, the Moda Center, Washington Park, great restaurants, etc. We couldn't have found a better location. The place was comfortable and clean. The furnishings were nice. The beds were so comfortable and that is a must when traveling. It was great for our two small dogs also. We really felt at home here. We walked a lot around the neighborhood and it was a nice walking area. We would come back and stay again. Kevin was very responsive and so easy to reach if needed. Instructions were easy to get into the house and there was a driveway to park for our vehicle. It was a great experience.

Sharing honestly to help other guests. The location is great and the house is spacious, and the bedrooms were clean. However, the common areas were a concern on arrival: the living room wasn't clean, trash was left outside by the bin, the carpet and couch were quite worn, the living room floor was chipped in places, and the dining table had a stain. Traveling with kids, a clean space to relax in after a long day matters a lot to us, so we decided not to stay and checked out immediately, letting Kevin know why. We were still charged for one night; Airbnb refunded it, though it took some effort. I'd encourage the host to post current, accurate photos so guests can set expectations before booking.
