PROs: Delouny's communication, spacious, great kitchen, AC worked, our queen bed/mattress (Bdrm 1)was excellent. CONs: Needs freshening up!! Carpets/chair upholstery/curtains need to be cleaned or replaced. Some walls need a coat of paint and "finishing" - screws sticking out of the wall, mirrors + other decorative items on the floor, not hung up. AC in one upstairs bdrm over bed extremely loud, Upstairs bathroom is nice, but shower curtain very cumbersome, bath fixtures need work/repair (handles fall off!) Not loud inside but very busy street 1 door (mini-mart) away. Bdrm 1 could use reading lamps on each side instead of wires and a bulb. Honestly ... all of these things would make a huge difference and could probably be done for the price of a week's rental. I am really not that particular, but I expected it to be in better shape.

Dalouny was very responsive and pleasant and there are plenty of very positive reviews that make me hope our experience was atypical, but I would not stay here again. There were ants in the first floor bathroom and kitchen, the air conditioner in one of the second floor bedrooms was broken, and on our last day someone came knocking on the door claiming their lost iPhone was showing up as being located in the house and wanted to be let in which was very uncomfortable. Dalouny had a handyman come to take care of the ants, we let her know about the A/C when we realized towards the end of our trip it wasn’t working properly so hopefully it has been fixed now, and the visitors were certainly out of her control, but unfortunately these things soured our experience.

The host was great and communicated well throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the home didn’t match our expectations based on the listing photos. It also wasn’t as clean as we expected upon arrival and felt like the cleaning team was rushed to have the house ready by the 4:00 p.m. check-in time. While we appreciated the host’s responsiveness, the overall condition of the property affected our experience.

A wonderful place to staff.

This house has beds that are actually comfortable! And over all, a very nice, clean, functional, and attractive space. At first, I was concerned about the close proximity to Powell Blvd., but the house is actually VERY quiet. Almost no street noise. The two taco trucks across the street were fun and convenient. And it's just 9 blocks to Division Street, through a with lots of cute restaurants and coffee. A bonus was Dalouny going above and beyond to return my bluetooth ear buds to me, when I left them behind. Very proactive and helpful. Would 100% stay again.
