Enjoyed our stay, beautiful home with lots of charm. Enjoyed the walkable neighborhood (especially with a toddler refusing to sleep). Some light does filter through during the night from the property next door, it wasn’t particularly bothersome for us but something to note if you require total darkness for sleep. Would love to visit again. Thank you Kendra!

Clean, comfortable, spacious. Great location — lots of great stuff within a short walk. Peaceful and quiet at night. Easy street parking.

Our favorite neighborhood to stay when visiting Portland. This house was ideally situated and extremely walkable for great restaurants and shops. We found the house a good fit for our party of four. The separate living space upstairs would make this an A1 stay. The space below provided 2 beds and 1 bathroom. The space was charming and fit our needs for the trip. Communication with our host was great. We enjoyed our time in Portland and will be back soon.

Home wasn't ready when we showed up at 520pm as the cleaning crew was just getting started. They wouldn't clean with us in it per their policy so we had to leave and wait an hour before coming back. The host (Kendra) said it was our fault for booking late- it was a same day booking but we had told her we were arriving at 430 when making the booking. All she offered to make up for the inconvenience was an hour later checkout which the cleaning crew's manager had already promised us (they were far far far more appologetic and empathetic than the host). Pretty lame when we had just driven 4 hours with a 3 year old who was desperate to get settled, which the host did not seem to have any sympathy about. Also bedrooms have no blackout or light filtering shades and there is a parking lot right next door with halogen bulbs shining into both bedroom windows. If you have any light sensitivity you won't sleep (and your toddler certainly wont). location is nice parking is TIGHT and host is bleh
