AJ was super responsive and helped work with us when we needed a late checkout time as well as offering to help us find a new place when we could not extend our stay for one extra night. Definitely recommend staying there. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need for cooking and it was a cozy perfect location walking distance from everything fun on Hawthorne.

awkward stay, not worth the money, sad the location the place was much stranger than I had anticipated. second bedroom was accessed by the bathroom and super uncomfortable situation. The sound proofing in the house is pretty bad. we heard the downstairs neighbors all night almost as clear as if we were in the room. we only lasted one night, then got the heck out of there. would never stay again or recommend for the price

Our stay here was wonderful and exactly what we needed. The location is superb: easy walking distance to two grocery stores, fun shopping, great restaurants, and bus stops for farther distances. The unit was very clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and spices. The description and photos were clear about what to expect. Check in and check out were incredibly easy. AJ was an excellent host. I appreciate that he proactively reached out to us to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. He made himself available and responded quickly when we had questions. I would highly recommend this place and this host!

AJ was a very good host, quick to respond to the few messages I sent and clear about checking in and out of the BnB. The only complaint I could have is I wish the layout of the place was a bit more clear, as having a bedroom off of the bathroom was a bit strange to deal with.
