We stayed for 3 nights here with 4 adults. Had a pleasant stay with no problems in a great location. Also got the parking spot on the gravel in the unit. As noted in the other reviews the second bedroom is low ceiling and through the bathroom, but that was not a problem to us. Check-in and checkout were smooth and Aj was responsive through the stay.

AJ was super responsive and helped work with us when we needed a late checkout time as well as offering to help us find a new place when we could not extend our stay for one extra night. Definitely recommend staying there. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need for cooking and it was a cozy perfect location walking distance from everything fun on Hawthorne.
