You're at NW 25th & Upshur, on the quiet north edge of Nob Hill — two blocks from NW 23rd Avenue and a few blocks from Forest Park. 🍽️ Eat & drink: The Fireside (wood-fired plates and cocktails), Santa Fe Taqueria, and Salt & Straw's famous ice cream are all on NW 23rd within about a 5-minute walk, with dozens more restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops along 23rd and 21st. 🥾 Forest Park: walk straight up Upshur to the Lower Macleay Park trailhead (~10 minutes) — miles of forest trails from your front door, no car needed. 🌳 Wallace Park is 2 blocks away — playground, tennis courts, and room for the dog to stretch. 🛍️ NW 23rd is Portland's favorite shopping street: local boutiques, vintage shops, and the Alphabet District's preserved Victorian architecture. ⚽ Providence Park (Timbers and Thorns matches) is about a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive. This place was wonderful. Everything is perfect about it. We enjoyed the bed. The comfort of the space. Very well laid out. We loved walking to the cafés. And grocery stores were close. There is a beautiful park up the street and a lovely forest. The tree lined streets were beautiful as well. We found the parking very easy. This is a wonderful Airbnb. We would definitely stay there again. It’s one of our favorites.

Kendra was a very responsive host and the apartment was a perfect landing spot for getting around Portland. Street parking was a bit tricky but we could usually grab a spot within a block with a few laps.

Great spot to explore a special part of the city. Kendra made sure to have the portable crib set up for us in advance to our arrival which helped make traveling with a baby a little smoother! They were always promptly responsive as well. Super cute, comfortable spot. The three mini splits also made the place soo comfortable during the heatwave. We slept great! Neighborhood was nice and seemed safe as well. Parking was not included but we had no trouble finding street parking.

Such a great place in an amazing, vibrant location. About 1 mile from Forest Park for runs or strolls, close to a diverse and interesting business area which has every kind of restaurant you can ask for. Kendra was great - love this place and will stay there again!!

I cannot recommend this Airbnb. Partway through our stay, the front door lock stopped working after the host reset the door code. Despite multiple messages from us, no concrete action was taken to fix it, and despite multiple attempts, Airbnb was unable to reach the host. The security issue was never resolved during our stay, leaving us carrying our valuables and laptops whenever we left because the front door could not be secured. The bedroom mini-split A/C units also intermittently sounded like lawn mowers running inside the rooms, repeatedly disrupting our sleep. The apartment was clean and fairly comfortable, but these issues significantly detracted from our stay.
