We absolutely loved our stay here. The home was surprisingly bigger than we expected, and the amount of natural light pouring in through the windows made the space feel even more open and welcoming. It honestly felt like there was endless room for everyone to spread out and relax. One of our favorite parts was the location. There were so many great places to eat within a five-minute walk, which made exploring the neighborhood incredibly easy. The furniture and overall layout gave the home such a peaceful, inviting atmosphere—it was the kind of place you looked forward to coming back to after a day out. And the master bathroom? It’s worth writing home about. You’ll know exactly what we mean when you see it. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Portland.

The location is prime! And he had all the cleanest linens- however some of the couches were not the cleanest. The beds were def comfy. The bathroom at the third floor was just sublime! Clean and the soaking tub outrageously luxurious. Didn’t get to use the kitchen just the fridge and microwave but seems like it had all the essentials. Overall great place to stay! The daybed area on the second floor is just - wow - sunlight for sure. Blutos and a bar next door not even a problem other than the fight for street parking. But gives you a good reason to walk around the block! Cleanliness can be cleaner for the price and maybe check the bedrooms are locked so that we don’t mistake them for extra rooms. Total 3 adults and 2 kids for 3 nights! There are 3 flights of stairs - so those with limited mobility take notice. Would stay here again if I had the funds.

I enjoyed Hayden’s place it’s in a very cute walkable neighborhood and an easy drive into the city. The house looks like the pictures and Hayden was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay

Hayden was always so proactive with answering our messages and understanding of needing an early check in. The place is huge and so comfortable. It is a quick walk to restaurants and stores. We loved it!

This apartment is huge! 2 porches to outside and lots of hangout spaces. The beds were very comfortable. The space was big and nice for hangouts. The only negative was the smell of cat-related odors. I feel like it’s one of the neighbors but unfortunately it does leak over into this apartment. The upstairs was free of the smell so that helped. Great location for shopping, bars & restaurants. Responsive & very nice host!

The home was just as described! Balconies and comfy beds. Plenty of space for the four of us to stay, plus room to cook and celebrate Thanksgiving for seven people. We were able to walk around day and night in the neighborhood. The local pub across the street was really fun and had outdoor seating available well into the night for hanging out with family and friends. Definitely recommend and would will stay again!

Welcome to Central Southeast Portland, a foodie's paradise where the options are endless! As a food fanatic myself, I can assure you that you're just a short walk away from some of the city’s best restaurants, delicious bakeries, renowned local coffee and tea shops, lively bars, and vibrant nightlife. You'll also find boutique shops, grocery stores, and so much more right at your doorstep. Beyond the culinary delights, the neighborhood offers a wealth of parks and recreational opportunities. Take a leisurely stroll or enjoy a picnic at Laurelhurst Park, known for its beautiful landscapes and serene pond. For those who love to stay active, the Eastbank Esplanade provides a scenic path along the Willamette River, perfect for walking, running, or cycling. Art enthusiasts will appreciate the local art scene, with numerous galleries and murals adding a splash of creativity to the area. Don't miss a visit to the Portland Art Museum or the quirky, yet fascinating, Independent Publishing Resource Center. For your convenience, I’ve created a guide highlighting some of my favorite spots in the neighborhood, and I’m happy to share it with my guests upon request. Enjoy your stay and make the most of what Central Southeast Portland has to offer!
