Route 70 (12th Ave) also serves the area. 🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe. 🚗 Driving — Metered and free street parking available (read signs for restrictions). Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes. ✈️ Airport — PDX is about 16 minutes by car or reachable via MAX from nearby downtown stations.

Apartment was very spacious, matched pictures and was clean. I enjoyed having the option to choose two from the three rooms. The third room was not on the listing pictures but happened to be the perfect room for my two kids, it had a bunkbed and a tent, they loved it. The blackout curtains in the rooms made sleeping very confortable. Shower has a great water pressure. Loved the quality soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Coffe pods, new kitchen sponge, dishwasher soap, towel paper, condiments and garbage bags all were provided. Downsides in my opinion where the too soft beds since we do prefer firmer matresses. The toilet paper was rough. Only two dishwashwer pods we’re provided for a four people four days stay. More cutlery and more pods would have been helpfull. There was only one window that we could open for some air flow, the others were stuck. The house got cool at night, great for summer, but i imagine that in the winter it may be cold, windows don’t seal well.

We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed the neighborhood. The home was comfortable, well cared for, and everything about our visit was wonderful. We especially loved the showers — a small detail, but definitely something we appreciated! Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again.

I have stayed at multiple of Kimberly’s properties now in Portland, to the point I actively look for her listings. This place was clean, quiet and beautifully taken care of with the charm of a 100+ year old home.

Somehow in person this apartment was even cuter and bigger than the photos! It was well-stocked and fully prepared to host guests. Kimberly was communicative, almost immediately responsive, and provided clear instructions for everything. The neighborhood was perfect for a weekend getaway in Portland. I look forward to returning in the future.
