Great location, was able to park right in front of the house, nice sequestered feel once on the property. Cute old house, had a lovely stay.

The place is nice but we had some issues during our trip. The host, “James,” communicates using an AI chat bot. His auto message when we arrived gave us the wrong lock code and said the hot tub was broken. This resulted in multiple back and forth messages with his AI chat bot, until eventually he told us the correct code and that the hot tub was actually working. We had a problem with the air conditioner upstairs during our stay as well - anytime you message “James,” you will receive an unhelpful AI answer back first. He clearly manages multiple properties and isn’t local. He did give us money back for the air conditioner problem, though, since one person in our party had to seek alternate accommodations because it was 100 degrees outside. There is also nowhere to sit in the backyard, no chairs, etc., which was a little weird. And the kitchen is not very well stocked, they do not have a can opener.

Nice size house. They are great/easy to communicate with. The location is next to an empty industrial something? But drivable/close to cute neighborhoods. The house is a bit more run down than the pictures indicate. Either way, enjoyed our stay.

The place is in a great neighborhood, and is good for anywhere between 1 one to person to three couples. overall, my buddy and I were very happy with our stay. the bedroom config is good, the kitchen is stocked with utensils and bowls, cups etc., the dining / lounge are great, and the TV set up was excellent. The property was well maintained inside and out. I would recommend against young kids or elderly as you can very easily step out of the only bathroom and straight onto the first or even second step. A railing could prevent this. I will echo others' comments regarding the hot tub. We were looking forward to using it, however it had not been cleaned or maintained prior to our visit, and there was no way for us to do it ourselves. The agent was responsive and promptly offered a reduction in price which was an adequate service recovery. They were let down by their cleaners I would seek an assurance that the hot tub is in service and maintained
