We had a great time staying at this beautiful, modern condo! Kimberly, the host, was professional and allowed for a seamless and earlier check-in. The layout is spacious that is spread across multiple bright levels with windows that let in tons of great natural ligh,t. Everything felt fresh, clean, and styled with luxury vibes. The main open-concept living area and gourmet kitchen were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The bedrooms on the upper level were comfortable, and having 2.5 bathrooms made getting ready in the morning seamless for everyone. The location couldn't be better. It is tucked away on a quiet street but just a short walk to excellent cafes and restaurants. Plus, having a dedicated driveway parking spot right in front made arriving and unpacking completely hassle-free.

We (group of 3) stayed for a week while in Portland to celebrate my brother's birthday. We had a wonderful time and were so happy with the space. It was exactly as described, and Kimberly had great communication from booking to checkout. Access to laundry was a huge plus as it allowed us to pack lighter since it was a cross country trip. Having the bedrooms upstairs and separate from the living and kitchen areas was great for a group because one or two of us could comfortably watch TV or read with the lights on without worrying about disturbing whomever wanted to turn in early that night. The noises from the street were noticeably loud as other reviews have mentioned, but 1. that is out of Kimberly's control, and 2. it wasn't a downside for us, but rather an expected trade off for the benefit of such a central and walkable location in a city. I would absolutely recommend this for your stay as we will definitely consider staying here again if we ever decide to do a Portland pt 2 trip!

Kimberly’s place was great for our needs. We had a busy weekend in Portland and Vancouver and this place was located in the middle and it was easy to access the I-84. We looked forward to returning in the evenings to relax and unwind from long days and this home had everything we needed. Kimberly also had lots of recommendations and a guide to the city she shared which was nice. We had a small issue with the garbage disposal but she responded very quickly and scheduled it to be fixed while we were out the next morning. I really appreciated her working around our schedule and her responsiveness.

it's in a great area and very convenient from all of the locations I traveled to. no traffic area it's so easy to get around and the kitchen is a plus great for people that don't wanna go and dine out only complain would be the traffic noise and the orange cooking pans food would stick to it
