Kimberly’s home was gorgeous, very spacious, and great for our needs. The walkability as well as the reserved off-street parking gave us options for where we wanted to travel. It’s right along a busy street however we did not notice any excessive road noise at night. I will definitely keep an eye out for one of these properties on my next trip! 😄

I’ve stayed in 55+ Airbnbs and this was my worst experience, especially over Christmas.\n\nThe kitchen was the one positive: a true chef’s kitchen as advertised (though missing basics like cleaning supplies and a wine opener).\n\nThe major issue was cleanliness and response. One bedroom was dirty/dusty at check-in and triggered my daughter’s asthma. We contacted the property manager immediately, but it took 3 days to clean the carpet. In the meantime my husband (severe dust allergies) slept on the couch. After cleaning, the room smelled strongly of chemicals and the carpet was wet, so it still wasn’t usable right away.\n\nWe were offered alternatives, but they were downgrades or impractical layouts. Onnight 3 we were finally given access to another locked bedroom on-site that could have solved this much earlier. All communication was via Airbnb messages—no phone call—despite it being a health issue. They removed the $120 cleaning fee.\n\nAlso: street noise is extremely loud.

Kim's place was nice and spacious with a wonderful living area. Just be aware there is a fair bit of road noise from the nearby street. And the neighbouring walls seem a bit thin. But nothing that a pair of earplugs can't solve.
