Private one-bedroom unit in a two-unit Southeast Portland duplex. The interior and entrance are private; the fenced yard is shared with the other short-term-rental unit. Sleeps two in one queen bed, with a full kitchen including a dishwasher, in-unit laundry, indoor fireplace, A/C, and heat. The home is on busy SE Holgate, so traffic noise is expected. Public street parking is available but not reserved.

Had a great little staycation! Location is great, so many walkable spots.

This home worked well for us for a long weekend with our one year old. It was comfortable and the location was convenient. There are some quirks too. It’s on a main road so it’s noisy and the house shakes when larger vehicles go by. The kitchen wasn’t well stocked, so it may not be the best if you’re planning to cook a lot. There were also some ants that got into our suitcases since we left them open.

Connor's place is very comfortable, with everything we needed. The location was very convenient for us and we could walk to a few cafes. It's on a busy street but once inside the house it was pretty quiet. Connor was very responsive when we contacted him. We enjoyed our stay.

I came to Portland to pick up my Daughter from College. The place was in walking distance to campus so it was conveniently located. The apartment is charming and private. There are great restaurants nearby. I will definitely return next time I’m in Portland.
