The guarantee

Find this home cheaper anywhere and we'll beat it by 5%. Stay Portland charges no platform or booking fees when you book direct, and every direct booking comes with our guaranteed lowest price.

What qualifies

To qualify for a price-beat, all of the following must be true:

• Same home. The listing is the identical Stay Portland property — not a similar or comparable one.
• Same dates. The check-in and check-out dates match your Stay Portland quote exactly.
• Same occupancy. The guest count matches your Stay Portland quote exactly.
• Publicly bookable right now. The lower price is a live, publicly available rate you could book today — not a member rate, a coupon, a past screenshot, or a price that has since changed or sold out.
• Screenshot evidence. Send us a screenshot of the listing showing the platform, the property, the dates, the guest count, and the total price. We can't evaluate a claim without it.
• One claim per stay. Each reservation may use this guarantee once.
• Claim before check-in. Submit your claim before your check-in date. We can't adjust a completed stay.

Stay Portland charges no platform or booking fees when you book direct, and every direct booking comes with our guaranteed lowest price. We don't publish a fixed dollar savings figure, because the gap between our direct rate and any other platform's price changes by home and by date — the guarantee above is what we can commit to, not an estimate.
